Tasting Note :

Our ruby-coloured Chambolle-Musigny “Les Chatelots” 2022 has a discreet nose with notes of blackcurrant and undergrowth. Very fresh on the palate, with silky tannins. Very good length.

Duck and truffle parmentier – woodcock salmi – wild boar and cranberries – Brillat-Savarin cheese.
